It doesn’t pick up local channels？

1、 Please connect both USB and RF ports of our antenna to your Portable TV/DVD.

2、Please put the antenna near window,head of antenna receiving signal source should not be blocked.

3、TV setup menu, set CHANNAL mode to Auto Scan.

Why can’t Portable TV/DVD Player read the disc?

First: check your discs when scratched and damaged (Blu-ray discs are not supported)

Second: Check if the movement is close to the centre position, if not, please push the movement by hand to the position close to the centre point.

Why does the Portable TV/DVD Player seem to be unable to power on?
