Tinx Shares Details on Her Breast Implants and Recovery
Tinx, whose real name is Christina Najjar, is keeping it real about her latest cosmetic procedure. During an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live on SiriusXM, the podcast host, author and content creator confirmed she recently got breast implants after Jeff Lewis asked if she’d had a breast augmentation. “I did,” she said. “I’m a week out.”
Ahead, the standout takeaways from their conversation, including the size she chose, why she went that route, how it fits into broader breast augmentation trends and what recovery has been like so far.
Why Going Bigger Wasn’t the Goal
The It’s Me, Tinx host made it clear she wasn’t looking for a dramatic change, just a little boost. “I loved my small boobs,” she said. “I was very into myself. I didn’t feel like I was lacking anything. I always felt sexy with my boobs.” Still, she admitted she was ready for a subtle shift. “I just thought, you know… why not at this point?”
When Lewis asked what she started with, Tinx said she was “pretty flat… like an A.” She also confirmed she didn’t go big. After Lewis guessed her new size, she replied, “I’m a B now.” She explained she wanted a result that felt natural. “I just wanted to have a little bit more fullness,” she said. “Like me, but a little more full.”
Why Small, Balanced Results Are In
Smaller, more proportional implants continue to trend, a look that gained momentum in 2025 and is carrying into 2026. Often dubbed the “ballerina boob” or “yoga boob,” the aesthetic favors modest size, soft fullness and results that feel balanced with the body.
For Tinx, keeping her signature no-bra look was a major motivating factor. “I like to wear no bra,” she said. “I think it’s sexy to wear a little T-shirt with no bra.” She added that she made that clear to her doctor.
Why Recovery Was Easier Than Expected
When it came to recovery, the TikTok creator said she felt better faster than expected. “Honestly, I did painkillers for like two days, and then I was fine,” she shared. The bigger challenge, she added, has been slowing down. “I’m a busy body, I like to be out, and I don’t like to be in the house, so I was, I’ve been a little stir crazy, just trying to rest.”
