5 New Tools to Accelerate Growth

5 New Tools to Accelerate Growth

At Cisco Partner Summit 2025, I announced five new partner enablement capabilities designed around how partner businesses actually operate.

These capabilities are now available and ready to drive real results. Dive in to see how you, whether a current partner or someone interested in joining our ecosystem, can start leveraging these tools today.

1. AI Assistants for Partners & Partner Learning

Partners now have two AI-powered assistants tailored for different parts of their day:

Cisco’s AI Assistant for Partners acts as a program navigator. It quickly answers questions about the Cisco 360 Partner Program and the Partner eXperience Platform (PXP), helping partners understand and navigate program benefits and resources. We’re expanding it with SalesConnect integration and prescriptive data use cases over the next six months to make it even more useful and easy to use.

Meanwhile, Cisco’s AI Assistant for Partner Learning serves as a training concierge. Built into Webex and available in 30+ languages, it instantly matches partners with the right content from nearly 4k resources. Need a quick refresher before a customer meeting? This assistant gets you there fast.

2. Partner Learning Journeys

Partner Learning Journeys are personalized pathways that guide partner sellers and engineers from beginner to proficient in key portfolio areas. The structured, step-by-step format makes sure partners know where they stand, what’s next, and how to earn Partner Value Index (PVI) credit. Leverage this clear learning roadmap to build or deepen expertise that unlocks competitive advantage and new revenue opportunities.

3. Enhanced Demo Experience

Customers demand proof, not just promises. Preferred Partners (PVI 7.5+) can now access Topology Builder and dCloud eXpo: two demo tools that replicate customer environments and show real outcomes, not just features. This customer-centric approach is key to building more trust and scaling the world-class Cisco experience, whether delivered by Cisco engineers or partners.

4. Quarterly Development Focus

Our new Quarterly Development Focus program addresses one of the most consistent requests I’ve heard: to bring the same internal Cisco sales training directly to our partners, at the same time our teams receive it. Partners can now rely on Quarterly Development Focus to make sure their sellers are just as informed and prepared as our own. New content drops within the first three weeks of each quarter, with access to the previous three quarters retained. FY26 Q3 content is available now.

5. Tech Elevate for Partners

Keeping pace with rapid change in our industry can be tough. That’s why we launched Tech Elevate for Partners, a monthly program that opens Cisco’s internal technical training to partner technical teams. Think: labs, clinics, deep-dive workshops, and even dedicated “Time to Grow” learning blocks. By aligning Cisco teams and partner technical staff on the same foundational knowledge, customer conversations sharpen and outcomes improve.

The Bottom Line

We promised more relevant, accessible partner enablement at Partner Summit. This is Cisco delivering on that promise.

These capabilities are live today, but they only create value when partners use them. If you’re a partner reading this, start by choosing one capability to adopt this week and build from there.

Shape the future of partner enablement by sharing your feedback with your Partner Account Executive or directly with me.

The work continues, and so does our commitment to your success.
