Luke Lyu demonstrates the ZenSharp system,  composed of a precision milled ZenSharp Base which accepts ZenSharp Cards, and when assembled, have a high flatness tolerance, under one thousands of an inch. The cards are attached to the base magnetically, making it fast and easy to swap out different cards. The ZenSharp system keeps everything compact and ready at your bench.

The ZenSharp system is fast cutting like you water stones but maintenance free like your diamond stones. The diamond sharpening cards only need a little spray of water (or glass cleaner), without making a mess at your sink. In addition, you will never need to use a heat gun to remove old diamond sheets from your aluminum blocks. The cards are replacable at a low cost and easy to clean with a magic eraser.
