My daughter got HBO Max, so I have been binge-watching The Pitt. I am still enjoying re-listens between review obligations. I spent some time catching up on visiting blogs, but have been avoiding social media. I saw my doctor on Monday, and we discussed removing one of my blood pressure medications. I’ve lost seventy-seven pounds, and it was 107/70. My tailbone is healing nicely, but it messed with my sciatic nerve. This week I have an eye exam. I hope everyone is well! Stay caffeinated & spread kindness.
